Transit Time left this morning, with Sigi at the helm, Steve on the bow, and Holly in the cockpit. They will stop at Spanish Cay overnight, then on to Florida tomorrow.

Betty, Gil, Rick, and Donna. The cracked conch was tender and fresh, and the grilled grouper was wonderful!

After lunch, we cruised to Hope Town and were intrigued by this sign in the door of Vernon's grocery.

Ginger's Shrimp Butter Recipe

This is Ginger's shrimp butter recipe. It has really been a hit at the cocktail parties.

Shrimp Dip
1 8 0z. cream cheese
1/4 lb. melted butter
4 Tbls, mayo
1 medium chopped sweet onion
1 Tbls. lemon juice
dash salt
1 7 0z can shrimp (drained)

Cream all ingredients together, and then add shrimp
(Can use a Cuisinart food processor.)
Serve with crackers or cracker sticks

He weighed an estimated 250 lbs.

And was caught on the Moldcraft Black Standard-size Super Chugger -- we need more!

Greg caught this 55+ lb dolphin today, May 25. It was one of a double-header. Dora had the other one -- just as big! -- but it jumped off the hook.
